TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — The Iowa State women's cross-country team's season ended Saturday with a 29th-place finish at the NCAA Championship.

For the second time this season, sophomore Anne Frisbie led the way for Iowa State, crossing the finish line 77th overall in 20:43.6. 

After sitting out the NCAA Midwest Regional, redshirt junior Bethanie Brown was Iowa State's second finisher, placing 128th overall.

Freshman Branna MacDougall, senior Perez Rotich and redshirt junior Erin Hooker rounded out the scoring for the Cyclones, finishing 152nd, 190th and 203rd, respectively. 

Oregon won the meet with 125 points, followed by Michigan with 126 points, Colorado with 134 points, NC State with 223 points and Stanford with 255 points.
