After one season on the court for the Cyclones, former ISU men's basketball forward Royce White has found a new home in the NBA.

White was selected 16th overall by the Houston Rockets in the 2012 NBA Draft. During his lone season on the court in cardinal and gold, White averaged 13.4 points, 9.3 rebounds and 5 assists per game to lead the Cyclones to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2005.

The last Cyclone to be selected in the NBA Draft was Craig Brackins in 2010. Brackins was selected 21st overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder and eventually ended up a Philadelphia 76er after multiple trades.
