As is always the case, there was plenty of action on the Twitter-sphere when Iowa State released new football uniforms on Tuesday.
The Tweet that started it all was from head coach Matt Campbell:
What followed was a varied reaction from Iowa State fans, football reporters and numerous others across the college football landscape.
Some were positive:

It's not often that news uniforms please everyone, and that certainly wasn't the case here, but Iowa State's reveal did its job.
For a small part of Tuesday afternoon the Cyclones' new uniforms were everywhere on college football Twitter.
