Feb. 15 Driving Violation, Lincoln Way and Gray Avenue (reported at 2:31 a.m.). Nicholas Axtman, 25, of Norwalk, was arrested and charged with driving while barred (aggravated misdemeanor). He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
