Pre-printed inserts are accepted upon prior approval. The minimum number of inserts accepted is 5,000. Pre-printed inserts must be no longer than 11" X 11" and no smaller than 8.5" X 11". Inserts larger than specified will be subject to a folding charge.
No broken inserts allowed. Reservation is required 5 office days prior to insertion. Inserts must be delivered no later than 3 office days in advance of the actual publication date.
